The right equipment for all your print projects:

Smaller quantities: our digital presses make it more economical for smaller to medium print runs, such as business cards, leaflets and posters. Our digital presses are also ideal for variable data printing, where you can customise text, graphics and images on each print piece. Plus, we can also offer cost-effective print finishes (see below) on short-run digital print items, too.
Large quantities: we house several litho print presses for larger print runs from 1–2k up to 3,000,000! These presses are ideal for your direct mail campaigns, national leaflet campaigns, brochures or annual reports.
Packaging: we have invested in a state-of-the-art packaging press, making it ideal for all your customised cardboard food packaging, presentation boxes, gift boxes, branded mailing boxes, subscription boxes and cardboard carrier bags. Our cardboard packaging solutions offer a recyclable alternative to plastic packaging and folders.
Faster turnaround with LE-UV Drying: Our state of the art Komori 5 colour B1 hybrid press provides high-speed print (16,500iph). It instantly dries the biodegradable inks as they pass under the LE-UV lamp, allowing for faster delivery of your print projects.
Colour Technology: we can accommodate special colours, such as metallic inks and specific spot colours (pantone). Our presses also include special colour matching technology for brand consistency across your projects, which allows us to print to ISO12647 standards. All this is backed up by over 120 years’ experience in working in colour management.
Materials: our print presses can accommodate a wide range of materials from 40gsm to 1mm in thickness. We can also print on different types of stock including gloss, silk, uncoated, label, non-porous substrates, board and plastics. We can even print on more unusual substrates, such as waterproof paper and materials.
Print Finishes: we can advise on a range of finishes including spot UV varnishes for a glossy coating on elements of your design; lamination for a protective layer; foil stamping, embossing and letterpress. All of which take your print projects to the next level.
Cutting for short-run print: we also offer CAD and die-cutting & creasing for short-run print items such as packaging or sticky labels, so there is no need to produce expensive cutting forms.
Antimicrobial Print: by adding Biomaster’s antimicrobial technology to print projects, we can also offer effective antimicrobial product protection for the effective lifetime of the printed product.
